When you use the contact form we process the name, e-mail address, phone number and message you enter. We use them only to answer your request; they are e-mailed to info@thespa.amsterdam and stored on the website server so we can follow up.
Online booking (Treatwell)

Appointments are booked through the Treatwell booking system, which is embedded on our booking page. Treatwell processes the data you enter there (name, contact details, appointment and payment details) under its own privacy policy. We receive the booking details needed to provide your treatment.
Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are ordered on our own voucher page. We store the amount, the recipient name, your name and your e-mail address so we can issue and send the voucher, and we pass those details to our payment provider, which handles the payment and holds the card or iDEAL data under its own privacy policy.
